Die cutting uses flexible steel plates that are pressed into label material to cut shapes. Dies can be removed and changed to create different label sizes and shapes. This option is best for those who have up to around 10 known sizes and shapes.

Most Capable: LZ350 Laser Finishing System

Laser finishing combines the flexibility of digital finishing with the speed of die cutting to cut labels with a laser at high speeds and with incredible accuracy. This option is more expensive, but best for those who need to be able to cut any size and shape and produce finished rolls quickly.
